BENVENUTO!
 
Welcome to the garlic!  As you sit and relax while choosing your meal, here is a quick background on the creation of our restaurant.
 
Most of the wood around you are the remnants from two barns found in central Vermont.  Some is from a local sawmill.  The marble is from a Vermont quarry.  The tables and woodwork were handcrafted from the rafters of those barns and assembled by Vermont craftsmen.   The painting, bar top and tables were finished by skilled artists.
 
In an effort to exude the warmth and hospitality of a roadside Tuscan tavern, we have added brightly colored Italian ceramics, handmade lamps, relaxing music, great food and wine and of course, the garlic!  We hope this all contributes  to your unique and enjoyable dining experience.
